UPS mail said that I should receive my order around 9-10-2025. When I click on the UPS tracking # it says they have not received the package yet. (See attachment). This is my first time ordering from your company and so far, I am not pleased. You cashed my check, and the order has not been received by UPS. Usually, checks aren't cashed to the item has been shipped.
