What is Rekucci's return policy?
We hope your order is exactly what you were wishing for! But in case it is not the fit or style of your dreams, we gladly accept returns, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased with the original tags and tickets still attached, along with original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Large volume orders (15 units or more) cannot be returned. Requests to return merchandise received as a gift must include the gift receipt or original invoice. Merchandise credit receipts are not considered original receipts. Purchases are refunded with the original form of payment. Purchases made with credit cards will be refunded to the original card. Once the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. Please note, we do not accept nor process Amazon returns.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Rekucci will refund an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Large volume orders (15 units or more) cannot be returned.
To return your purchase to Rekucci, you have two simple methods to enter the return:
1.) Click on the "Return An Order" link at the top of this current page. You will be prompted to enter your email address as well as the Rekucci order number of your original purchase. Follow the steps prompted, and you will then be emailed the return shipping label.
2.) Log in to your personal Rekucci account at top of web page by clicking on the "Log In" button. You will then be prompted to enter and follow the same return process as above, with the return shipping label emailed to you.
Please be advised, there is a $7.99 return shipping fee which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
*FREE RETURNS on 1st-time orders ($7.99 return shipping fee will be credited along with refund).
Rekucci is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Rekucci. Rekucci does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
