They’re ok. Soft and good material, but not really “tummy controlling” and don’t do much. For reference, I’m 5’5 180lbs with most of my weight distributed to my thighs and butt. Felt like it accentuated my tummy tbh more so than other pants I own :,(

The material is of a nice quality and there are several colors to choose from. You will likely have to size up; my norm is 10 but got the 12 in the beautiful teal and a dark grey. I did not want pockets or loops and this style fit the bill marvelously! You will not be disappointed. My plan is to get a few more as these pants are the right weight for the fall / winter season. My only complaint...it took what I thought was forever to receive these pants.

Love these pants. I was very uncertain about the size so I ordered both a size 6, according to my measurements, and a size 8, because of other reviews that I read. Six is too small, (felt like putting on a girdle!). Keeping the eight - perfect.

I wanted some firm, shaping, bootcut leggings, in a deep forest green color for the holidays. But could not find leggings in the color I wanted, and found these instead. These are as close to my wishes as I could find. They are a firm yet stretchy fit, the fabric has a beautiful satiny, but substantial, feel; and the color is a beautiful deep green, as expected, although I have not had occasion to wear them yet. Overall, I’m very pleased.
