Where do we ship?

We ship within the United States. We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC & U.S. P.O. Boxes. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Certain products have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations.

We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels

We do not offer shipping to Canada-but please visit our Canadian website at to place an order for a Canadian residence!

*Please be advised, that all orders placed after 2PM EST will only be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Fridays, and weekend orders, will only be processed on the Monday following. *

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping is available within the US and standard orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Standard orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

We also ship standard orders to Alaska, and Hawaii addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

*Due to the holiday period and an influx of orders, delivery may be delayed.*

What are the shipping and handling costs?

We offer free shipping on all standard orders of $100 or more (before tax) to the United States (excluding AK & HI), regardless of the size and weight of your package. Any order below $100 before tax will have a standard shipping fee of $9.99. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order when you log in to your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours before tracking information is updated.
